Presenter for Protocols and Guidelines: Annie Heart, Executive Director of the Family Bridge Inter-faith Hospitality Network Program, holds a Masters in Specialized Ministry (Justice & Peace Studies and Pastoral Care & Counseling). Annie has worked with faith communites for over 20 years as Church Ad-ministrator, as Conference Director of Peace and justice Ministries, as a missionary, Interim pastor, and Director of Outreach Ministries.
